How much does the POS cost, and what are the transaction fees?
You pay a one-off fee for the POS terminal, at the price shown on this page. Transaction fees depend on your industry and the volume of your business, and are given to you in writing with the quote, before the cooperation starts.
When will I receive and activate the POS?
The POS terminal is shipped and activated after your application is approved. As a rule, this takes up to 72 hours.
What happens if the POS breaks down?
Call the terminal’s technical support line, which answers 24/7. If the fault cannot be fixed and the terminal needs replacing, we send you a new one by the next working day at the latest. When the new terminal is delivered, you return the faulty one.
Does it accept all cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay and IRIS, at the counter or at the table.
